- All prices are current and include 10% GST. Confirmed bookings are not subject to price change.
- Tentative bookings will expire seven days after the booking is made unless confirmed through payment of deposit.
- A deposit of the room hire amount is required to confirm your booking. Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is a minimum of 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may attract a cancellation fee.
- Function organisers and their guests are not permitted to consume food or beverage other than those supplied by the Venue.
- Final numbers are required 5 working days prior to commencement of the event. This number shall be the minimum for the event. Numbers can only be increased but not decreased after this date.
- Payment of Room Hire, Food and Beverage packages are payable no later than 5 working days prior to the event. Beverages 'per consumption' are to be paid for at the close of the function.
- Menu selection is required 5 working days prior to the event.
- Organisers will be held responsible for any damages incurred to the property by themselves or their guests.
- The Amstel Golf Club or Tasteful Occasions will not accept responsibility of loss or damage to merchandise or property left on the premises prior to, during, or after the event.
- To comply with our club licensing regulations the host/organiser will be required to join as a House Member and supply a list of all guests attending the function.
- Room Hire fee ( $165.00 for Amstel Golf Club / $350.00 Ranfurlie) is for a period of 5 hours duration. An extension of time may be granted by the Club at a cost of $25.00 per half hour
- A surcharge of 10% on the total of food and beverage will be added to your account if your function is held on a public holiday.
- Amstel Golf Club must adhere to the 'no smoking laws'; therefore smoking is permitted outside the Function Room only.
- The host/organiser and guests will conduct the function in an orderly manner and comply fully with the Club's House Policy. The Club reserves the right to exclude or eject any and all objectionable persons from the premises without liability.
- A bond of $500.00 is required 5 working days prior to the function for all functions refundable in full, 7 days following the function provided no damage to property or fittings.
